Engineering

With the design phase complete to your satisfaction, we can proceed with manufacturing your unique energy management system. AUZIQ scrutinises every aspect of the process from cell selection process, electro-mechanical assembly, structural design analysis, to feasibility studies, and sustainable production. Testing & Validation

AUZIQ will conduct all the necessary preliminary testing and verification at the prototype stage. Feedback includes a robust study on a variety of simulated conditions in different geographies, climate conditions, and application scenarios. We’re committed to the most rigorous testing procedures to ensure the final advanced battery management system operates reliably, safely, and fulfils the end user’s requirements.

The AUZIQ engineering team strictly follows procedures to meet the requirements for these general certifications: UN38.3, IEC62133, UL1642 and any application-specific certification such as IEC60079, IEC62660, ISO26262, IEC61508, ISO12405.
