Modular & Scalable Solutions
A modular approach to advanced battery management system (BMS) design allows customisable solutions for a range of applications with varying requirements. AUZIQ employs scalable architecture design consisting of master and slave units. Battery modules are connected in series and/or parallel for high-power applications depending on the use-case.
Battery Pack Safety & Protection
Apart from the general safety features such as over-and-under voltage, over-and-under temperature, and over-and-under current, AUZIQ BMS also offers premium safety measures for sensitive, arduous, and hazardous applications for high safety battery storage applications both mobile and stationary.
Communication Safety & System Interlock
AUZIQ BMS incorporates isolated system communication buses such as SPI, CAN, I2C and/or Ethernet to ensure fail-safe operations for the entire battery pack. For high-volatge battery pack applications, support is included for insulation monitoring devices, system interlock monitoring, and contactor weld detection. We optimise risk-management to provide peace-of-mind operations for our partners.

Our BMS systems are designed to log all critical data, which can then be accessed through various communication channels such as CAN, Ethernet, 3G/4G Module, Bluetooth, and WLAN. To further enhance data accessibility and utilization, we offer Aiiotlab, our proprietary platform that allows customers to seamlessly access and manage this logged data. Aiiotlab is fully customizable to meet the specific needs of each business and can incorporate sophisticated Machine Learning algorithms for predictive analytics and performance analysis. This platform enables engineers to extract valuable insights from the data, leading to continuous improvements in battery life, application design, and maintenance operations.

Interchange Configuration
AUZIQ’s platform allows users to configure and modularise their battery pack designs to further customise their battery-swapping applications. Users can configure up to 100+ parameters relating to power distribution, charging control, paralleling, balancing, and energy density. We design and manufacture battery packs and BMS for specific application requirements, and are proud to be a one-stop provider for solutions related to all integration components, such as the power conversion system, control unit, vehicle controller, solar converters, and much more.
